SWAIN is a visual platform that generates production-ready REST APIs from database schemas. The Service includes:

• Database connection and schema introspection
• Visual API configuration tools
• Automatic API generation and documentation
• Project management and team collaboration features
• Generated API packages for deployment

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Plans

• Starter (Free): Limited to 3 models, basic features
• Pro ($29/month): Unlimited models, full feature access
• Enterprise (Custom): Custom pricing and features

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without proper safeguards
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your database schemas and configurations
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• Generated APIs are your property to deploy and use

Our Property

• The SWAIN platform, including all code and design, is our property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
• Our trademarks and branding remain our property

7. Service Level and Support

• Uptime Target: 99.9% for Pro and Enterprise plans
• Support: Email support for all plans, priority support for Enterprise
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• API Generation: Best effort, dependent on database complexity

8. Data Security and Privacy

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Database credentials are encrypted and used only for API generation
• We do not access or modify your database data

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWAIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWAIN from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or database operations

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• You may export your configurations before termination
• Generated APIs continue to function independently

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State/Country, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of State/Country.
